Diligent work process combined with Agile methodology allow me to deliver projects well researched and on time. I specialize in coliving - a new trend in RE; by bringing together market research from both the US and China, I isolate cultural nuances of the coliving sector, which allows me to adapt it to the Russian market. This experience allowed to move to managerial position in adjacent sectors. Contextual knowledge of RE and our company, personnel for example, gave me the opportunity to work with people.
